Jeremy Slocumb specializes in arranging equity financing for commercial properties throughout the southern United States. He is responsible for sourcing and executing corporate and project-related structured finance solutions for private, middle-market, and institutional clients through numerous relationships with banks, pension funds, private equity groups, and family offices.
Prior to joining Greysteel, Jeremy Slocumb worked as an Analyst in CBRE’s capital markets practice in Houston. Supported the transaction processes for both institutional and private capital requirements. He has multifaceted experience in commercial real estate including mortgage banking, investment sales, and leasing.
