Otto Snell focuses on coordinating Multifamily sales within the Southern Virginia region for private clients, middle markets, and institutions. He develops and maintains new and existing relationships and is responsible for a full range of services including start-to-finish deal execution, overseeing the due diligence process, transaction analysis, and production of offering memorandum.
Otto Snell has over 5 years of experience as a consultant within Deloitte’s Government and Public Services Practice, assessing public and private organizations’ operations, identifying inefficiencies, and developing cost-saving strategies.
