Andrey draws on deep expertise across multifamily, retail, industrial, and land/development assets to maximize value for his clients.
Before transitioning into brokerage, Andrey served as the Vice President of Investments at a private lender in Los Angeles, where he structured and underwrote a diverse range of bridge loans. Earlier in his real estate career, he worked as an Analyst in mortgage brokerage, honing his skills in valuation, market analysis, and financial modeling across all sectors.
Andrey began his professional journey in finance, working on trading desks of bulge-bracket investment banks. His decade of Wall Street experience includes stints in investment banking, private equity, venture capital and brokerage.
Outside of office, Andrey manages his personal portfolio of investment properties, cryptocurrencies and growth sector ETF’s.
