Greysteel announced today the appointment of Lacey Willard as Senior Vice President, Market Executive and General Counsel. Ms. Willard brings over two decades of experience to Greysteel, with a distinguished record in leadership, business development, and legal acumen.
Ms. Willard’s primary focus will be on spearheading strategic advisor recruitment and driving profitable growth across the Midwest region. Her deep understanding of the market and proven track record position her well to contribute to Greysteel’s ongoing expansion plans. In her role as General Counsel, Ms. Willard will provide legal oversight for business opportunities and risks, ensuring adherence to the highest ethical standards and full regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Greysteel, Ms. Willard served for 17 years as a Senior Vice President and Global Risk Management Executive at CBRE, Inc. Throughout her career, she has consistently delivered exceptional results and fostered strong relationships with senior leadership and colleagues.
Ms. Willard possesses a comprehensive background encompassing various commercial real estate disciplines, including capital markets, leasing, debt & structured finance, asset management, and operational strategy. She is a recognized risk management professional with a keen ability to identify, measure, and mitigate potential challenges.

Lacey Willard boasts an impressive educational background. She earned a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Stetson University, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with Honors from Purdue University.
