Ian Weisz, Director for the Mid-Atlantic Commercial Team at Greysteel, served as the Advisor and led the transaction to closing in late September 2026.
The property is a single-tenant retail asset located at 1365 Wisconsin Avenue. The firm coordinated the investment sales process and leveraged its capital markets relationships to align buyer demand and execution timelines. The Mid-Atlantic Commercial Team managed contract negotiation and closing logistics on behalf of the client, ensuring an efficient transfer of ownership. The firm’s Mid-Atlantic Commercial Team applied localized market knowledge to position the asset for institutional and private investor buyers.
