The financing assignment was executed by the firm’s Debt and Structured Finance Team’s Sam Immediato, Director, who addressed the borrower’s objective to secure stable, long-term capital for the acquisition. The full-term interest-only structure provides cash-flow flexibility throughout the loan term while preserving long-term ownership optionality.
