TC Cosby is a Senior Managing Director at Greysteel, leading the Structured Finance team out of Washington, D.C. and Baltimore. With over a decade in financial services, he has managed institutional sales teams covering GSEs, hedge funds, money managers, banks, pensions, insurance companies, and mortgage originators, and today arranges sales and financing for institutional multifamily properties while sourcing joint-venture equity across the East Coast.

TC was promoted to Senior Managing Director in 2025 after rising through Greysteel’s Debt & Structured Finance practice, and was named the firm’s Top Debt & Structured Finance Advisor that same year. He is the founding board member of the Greysteel Black Professionals Network.
