Michael Murray is a Maryland native with an acute understanding of the local Market who represents buyers and sellers of multifamily investment assets throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. He is responsible for a full range of services including start-to-finish deal execution, overseeing the due diligence process, transaction analysis, and production of offering memorandum. In addition, Michael Murray focuses on creating meaningful engagements with new clients, servicing existing client relationships, facilitating deal negotiation, and underwriting investments.
Michael Murray worked in an analyst capacity with CBRE in Washington, D.C. for 2 years prior to joining the team at Greysteel, where he assisted in the deal process for some of D.C.’s largest commercial tenants. He successfully developed and maintained relationships with industry professionals spanning the entire Mid-Atlantic market across a variety of asset classes.
