Covering markets throughout the Western United States, Marco advises private investors on the acquisition and disposition of credit-tenant retail and net lease properties, helping clients achieve their long-term wealth objectives through disciplined execution and strategic positioning.

With four years of commercial real estate experience, Marco specializes in investment sales, 1031 exchange advisory, and broker opinions of value (BOVs). He works closely with investors to maximize sale price, access off-market buyers, and navigate 1031 exchange timing constraints. By leveraging deep buyer relationships, local submarket intelligence, and a structured marketing process, he creates competitive tension and delivers efficient transaction outcomes.

To date, Marco has facilitated approximately $28.85 million in transaction volume across six transactions, representing 176,000 square feet. A recent highlight includes the advisory of an off-market transaction for Gerber Collision in Grand Terrace, California (2025), where he represented both buyer and seller. The successful outcome was driven by identifying a buyer willing to reposition the asset upon lease expiration, aligning investment strategy with future value creation.

Prior to joining Greysteel, Marco was an Associate at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, where he focused on retail and net lease advisory.
