• Experience with numerous affordable multifamily debt, equity, and subsidy programs/requirements, including Section 42 LIHTC, Project-Based Section 8 and HAP Contracts, USDA 515, Section 236 IRP, HOPE VI / RAD, TIF/PILOT Programs, and Soft Loans
• His underwriting experience includes ground-up development, multi-state portfolios, rent-controlled transactions, mixed-use assets, student housing, partial interest sales, LP/GP Buyouts, and rehabilitation and syndication scenarios
• Harrison held several internships at the White House and the RNC

• Serves as Lead underwriter for Greysteel’s National Affordable & Mid-Atlantic teams
• Responsible for underwriting investments with a focus on institutional and complex transactions
