With several years of commercial real estate experience, Drew specializes in complex affordable housing transactions involving LIHTC, Section 8/HCV, RAD, mixed-income, workforce housing, and HPD regulatory agreements. He partners with owners, operators, and institutions to maximize sale price, optimize capital structures, and execute transactions efficiently while navigating the regulatory intricacies unique to the Northeast affordable housing landscape.
