Doug Banerjee is a Senior Managing Director at Greysteel and founder of the firm’s Dallas office, where he leads the Central U.S. Multifamily Practice across Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico.
With 15 years of commercial real estate experience — including six years as a consultant at Accenture and Deloitte before moving into brokerage — Doug has closed hundreds of millions of dollars in multifamily transactions and serves as the firm’s primary point of contact for Texas-based multifamily investment sales, managing start-to-finish execution on private capital and middle-market deals. He holds the CCIM designation and has been named a D CEO “Power Broker” three years running.
