Brian Ball specializes in investment sales & advisory services. With a reputation built on client service and cultivating exclusive, long-term relationships, Brian’s client portfolio includes federal credit unions, law firms, government contractors, technology, media & hotel management companies.

Brian Ball represents commercial property owners in the acquisition and disposition of retail, mixed-used and office properties and portfolios throughout the Mid-Atlantic. He also advises clients on a broad range of business decisions, including 1031 Exchanges, market timing, sale-leasebacks, refinancing and sensitive tenant interactions. 


Brian has previous experience at multiple national and regional Commercial Real Estate Firms where he advised clients on the acquisition and disposition of retail, land, and commercial infill properties. He represented a range of clients from Federal Credit Unions, Law Firms, Government Contractors and Hospitality Organizations.
