Bella Warwick is a Director at Greysteel’s National Data Canter and Powered Land Investment Sales practice. Based in the Southeast, she focuses on standalone power production and collocated digital infrastructure real assets, and advises institutional investors, developers, owners and operators, and REITs on acquisitions, valuation, and investment sales.

Bella most recently served as Manager of Site Acquisitions at CloudHQ’s sister company, EnergyHQ, supporting site acquisition and pre-development for data center campuses powered by on-site generation. Before CloudHQ, she was Deputy Chief of Staff for the Commonwealth of Virginia, advancing rate reform, offshore wind cost protections, accelerated transmission infrastructure deployment, and the Commonwealth's small modular reactor deployment strategy. She began her career in finance as an Investment Banking Analyst in Morgan Stanley's Financial Institutions Group, then worked as a Private Credit Associate at Stone Point Capital.

Bella helps sellers of digital infrastructure real assets maximize energization potential and purchase price by advancing and clearly communicating the story behind available power resources, whether in front of or behind the meter, and across generation technologies.
