Office in DC’s Ivy City Trades for $23M

Kim Myung acquired 1818 New York Avenue NE from Choi Properties for $23.3 million. Greysteel facilitated the sale. The 90,000-square-foot office building is in Washington, D.C.’ s Ivy City neighborhood and is 95 percent occupied with 40 tenants.
