NOVO Acquires DC Value-Add Apartments From Stonebridge

NOVO Properties acquired the Glenwood Apartments, a 90-unit multifamily community in Washington, D.C., from Stonebridge Investments for $13.7 million. Greysteel represented the seller in the transaction. The property was originally built in 1942 and Stonebridge acquired the property in 2014 for $6.9 million.
