DC Apartments Change Hands in $40M Deal

Akelius acquired the Rittenhouse Apartments in Washington, D.C., from Nuveen Real Estate for $40.2 million. Greysteel represented the seller. Henderson Global Investors previously acquired the property in 2001, and Nuveen Real Estate acquired Henderson’s U.S. portfolio in 2013.
