Aldon Management Sells Bethesda Apartment Buildings for $86M

Aldon Management sold two Bethesda apartment buildings, Eighty Two Hundred and Middlebrooke Apartments, to Corner Lot Advisors for $85.6 million. Greysteel brokered the sale. Corner Lot Advisors plans renovations, including affordable housing units. The buildings were first sold since their construction in the 1960s.
