Professional Background 

Drew McWilliams has over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on affordable housing investment sales and advisory. Prior to joining Greysteel, he served as an Associate Director at Ariel Property Advisors, where he specialized in investment sales and developed expertise in institutional client advisory. 

Drew is actively involved in industry and community organizations, including the Real Estate Executive Council (REEC), the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), and the New York Real Estate Chamber (NYREC). He is also committed to mentorship and outreach, regularly speaking with students through REEC to promote careers in commercial real estate among young people of color. 

He holds a degree from Morgan State University and is licensed in New York.
