Cullen Quinn is an Associate on Greysteel’s Multifamily Investment Sales team, based in the firm’s Dallas office. He focuses on the DFW market, advising developers and landowners across the full lifecycle of multifamily and mixed-use projects. With experience spanning feasibility analysis through disposition, Cullen supports clients in positioning assets to maximize value and execute successful transactions.

Cullen works closely with developers to evaluate opportunities through underwriting, broker opinion of value (BOV) analyses, and strategic market positioning. By applying disciplined sales processes and leveraging Greysteel’s deep buyer network, he helps clients navigate complex transactions while aligning pricing, timing, and execution objectives. His expertise extends across multifamily as well as affordable housing, retail, and land and development opportunities.

Prior to joining Greysteel, Cullen held analytical and entrepreneurial roles across investment banking, private capital, and real estate operations. He previously served as an Investment Banking Analyst at Hatteras Group and a Financial Analyst at Sigma Capital Group. Most recently, he owned and operated External Technical Services, which he exited in 2025, providing him with hands-on business and execution experience that informs his client-first advisory approach.
