Kyle Tangney is a founding team member of Greysteel and helped launch the firm’s Mid-Atlantic office. As Senior Managing Director, he leads the Mid-Atlantic Multifamily and Capital Markets practice from Pennsylvania to Southern Virginia, advising owners on the sale, financing, and capitalization of apartment communities, mixed-use assets, and development sites.

Mr. Tangney is recognized as an authority on assets subject to rent regulations, rights of first refusal, and long-term affordability covenants
