Jeffrey Gingell is an Associate at Greysteel focused on data centers and powered land real estate investment advisory nationwide. He supports clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, combining financial analysis and market research with a technical background in engineering and real estate acquisitions.

Jeffrey is responsible for end-to-end deal execution, including financial modeling and underwriting, due diligence, market research, client engagement, property tours, database management, and the preparation of marketing collateral. His multidisciplinary experience allows him to approach real estate opportunities from both an investment and technical perspective.

Prior to joining Greysteel, Jeffrey served as an Asset Management & Acquisitions Analyst with TruAmerica Multifamily. He also spent more than four years in engineering roles, including as a Mechanical Engineer with Skyline Engineering and Residential Design Lead with PEG, LLC, building experience in mechanical systems, inspections, commissioning, residential design, and energy efficiency.
