About
Henry Mathies is a Senior Managing Director at Greysteel and the firm’s National Lead for Affordable Housing. He leads a team of fourteen professionals that sells more than $350 million annually, focusing on Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and Project-Based Subsidy investment sales nationwide. Henry has personally sold more than $3 billion in affordable housing assets since joining Greysteel from KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice, where he advised private equity and corporate clients on acquisitions and divestitures.
Promoted to Senior Managing Director in 2022, he was named Greysteel’s Top Investment Sales Professional in both 2020 and 2024.
