Prior to joining Greysteel, Jakob served as Managing Director and a partner on Newmark’s Pacific Northwest Capital Markets team, where he executed institutional investment sales and supported debt placement and structured finance transactions throughout the region. At Greysteel, he is focused on growing a dedicated Northwest Commercial Capital Markets platform supported by national investor relationships, institutional-quality marketing, and specialized execution for office and industrial opportunities.
