Greysteel, a rapidly growing real estate investment services firm with offices across the United States, is presently seeking a dynamic, Print Production / Marketing Assistant who can work closely with the current team of designers on projects from conception through execution, developing high quality, creative, and professional marketing and communication materials for Greysteel. This includes, but is not limited to, assembling promotional materials for investment offerings, brochures, newsletters, presentation templates, and other corporate and client marketing materials. Marketing Assistant will report to the Marketing Director.
• Help manage Printing for company-wide marketing efforts • Managing courier services with regards to post-card printing • Assist in TOPA printing and filing process for all DC-Based real estate transactions • Lead assemblage of printed marketing collateral (printing, binding, shipping) • Provide additional quality control support in reviewing initial marketing drafts for all collateral • Provide back-up graphic design support for corporate or transaction-based marketing • Oversee procurement / inventory for all Marketing needs • Other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design, web design, or related discipline. • 1-2 years’ experience in graphic design field; experience in web design a plus. • Experience in commercial real estate and/or fast-growing startup a plus. • Proficiency with Mac OS: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat); PowerPoint and Word Experience a plus. • Acquainted with the latest design trends and practices. • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention-to-detail. • Ability to handle aggressive deadlines and work on multiple projects/tasks with minimal supervision. • Superior written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to take ownership of and accountability for projects/tasks and work both individually and as a part of a team. • Ability to delegate, manage, and coordinate projects and tasks. • Ability to identify and recommend modifications to existing policies/procedures to improve performance/efficiencies. • Independent thinker who will be proactive, assertive, and professional in dealing with internal/external clients, lenders, and third-parties. • Strong problem solving skills. • Knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus.
