Greysteel is seeking Part-Time Business Development Associates to join our rapidly growing sales teams. This position is an integral role in the growth of our Multifamily & Mixed-Use Investment Sales teams in the Washington, DC and Baltimore offices.
Lead Generation Duties:
• Conducts outbound call campaigns to introduce current and potential clients to the Greysteel platform and menu of services within specific geographic territories. • Extensive cold calling to indirect clients. Gathering sales intelligence, and passing qualified opportunities to the designated Broker(s). • Acquiring and cultivating prospect relationships to move opportunities through the sales process. • Sending prospect customers promotional materials, samples and product literature and following up. • Assist in researching property and ownership information and updating CRM with relevant content.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System & Sales Support duties:
• Works collaboratively with our Investment Sales & Finance Associates to maintain and expand our database of clients. • Documents and tracks all call and contact information in CRM system. • Manage data integrity by consistently verifying data for all opportunities entered into CRM. • Work with the Team Leaders to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly sales goals and objectives.
• Interest in commercial real estate brokerage, finance or related field • Cold calling experience • Strong ability to work under pressure, perceive problems and react quickly to effect solutions. • Excellence in creative thinking. • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and meet stringent deadlines. • Outstanding technology proficiency (Salesforce CRM experience highly preferred). • Ability to maintain a positive demeanor and be able to overcome challenges due to lack of readily available resources in some instances.
